Delysid

Delysid is the psychedelic trance project of Hypnoise (Juan Fontoira) and Amplify (Andrew Olavarrieta) — two longtime friends and producers whose individual paths have helped shape their own distinctive corners of the global psychedelic scene.

After several years focused on their respective solo projects, Delysid returned with a renewed vision: powerful, immersive psychedelic music built for the dancefloor, combining deep atmospheres, driving grooves, intricate sound design and the unmistakable chemistry between both producers.

Rather than revisiting the past, the project has evolved into a new chapter. Drawing from years of experience performing and producing around the world, Hypnoise and Amplify bring together their different musical identities to create a sound that is energetic, hypnotic and constantly moving forward.

Recent years have marked a strong return for Delysid, with new music, international performances and appearances on some of the psychedelic scene’s most respected stages, reaffirming the project as an active force within contemporary psytrance.

Beyond Delysid, Juan and Andrew are also deeply involved in the direction of Maharetta Records, where they continue developing new artists, releases and ideas while contributing to the evolution of the label and the wider psychedelic community.

With new material continuously taking shape, Delysid remains focused on one thing: creating psychedelic music with character, depth and maximum impact where it matters most — on the dancefloor.
