Acid Drop Anton

Biography:

Acid Drop Anton is a Psytrance Dj who started DJing back in 1996 playing Drum and Bass as DJ Drop. He had a residency for a night called Resonance in Southampton where he warmed up for many of the Drum and Bass legends including Brian Gee, Kenny Ken, Randal and Micky Finn.

Although playing Drum and Bass for many years he always dabbled in other genres such as Acid techno. In 2001 however he found Psytrance and after a visit to the Antaris Project in Germany in 2003 was fully converted. He always plays to the crowd and depending on the time of night he is playing can play anything from Progressive up to full on 148bpm.

Over the years he’s played alongside some big names in the Psytrance scene including Eatstatic, Scorb, Mr Peculiar, Psymmetrix, Chris Rich, M Theory, Regan, and many more. Acid Drop Anton is currently resident on his own night, Neurotrition, based in his home town of Torquay.
